PI / Administrator / Manager. You hold a weaveOR account of your own: sign in with your user name and password.
Project member. You were invited by a PI to work in their account. You have no username or password: your e-mail address is your username. Each time you sign in you enter a one-time passkey: we send it to your e-mail address, or, if you have set up an authenticator app, you read it from the app. You can set up the app after your first sign-in (Account menu → Sign-in method).
You work in the PI's account and see what the PI sees, except managing the team, the password, two-factor settings and creating API tokens (unless the PI allowed it). Both buttons lead to the same next page for every address.
